Broom Treat Bags

Materials:
- FolkArt ® Extreme Glitter™ - Neon Green, 2 oz.
- 4 brown paper bags
- 2 sticks
- Jute
- Scissors
- 1/2” brush
Instructions:
1. Cut all 4 sides of bag into strips and leave bottom of bag solid. Spread flat on table.
2. Put candy in an uncut bag and put bag with candy on cut bag.
3. Put stick into un-cut bag and gather strips of cut bag to top. See photo.
4. Tie top with jute.
5. Paint over bag and stick with Hologram Extreme Glitter, let dry.
6. Repeat for second bag.
