This Candy-filled Corn Ear Cookies recipe is the perfect way to celebrate Thanksgiving with the kids this year. The adorable pinata cookies can be filled with any type of candy, and the corn ear shape echoes the reason we celebrate Thanksgiving because of the Native Americans and Pilgrims coming together for a feast. These DIY cookies for kids would be perfect for a class Thanksgiving party or even just to leave at the kids' table during your Thanksgiving family gatherings. Before you know it, these adorable corn ear edible crafts will disappear, and the kids will be begging you to make more.

These are too cute. I used to make all kinds of fun treats for the kids and my Scout Pack. I've really gotten away from it over the years. At first. I thought these looked like a lot of work. But, I really don't think it would be that bad once you got everything together. Especially for how detailed they are. Candy Clay is a wonderful thing, and so easy to work with. I prefer it over fondant.
