Construction Paper Rainbow Craft

"Get ready to chase away those rainy day blues with this cheerful construction paper rainbow craft! Perfect for celebrating the vibrant colors of spring and summer, this simple project is a great way to encourage creativity in your little ones. Gather construction paper in all the colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple), along with some white paper, glue, a pencil, and scissors (optional for older kiddos). Start by sketching a big, simple rainbow outline on the white paper. Next, it's time for the fun part – tearing! Have your child tear the colored construction paper into small squares and pieces of all shapes and sizes. Now, spread glue across a section of the rainbow and help your child stick the colorful pieces onto the glue, creating a beautiful mosaic effect. Keep going until the entire rainbow is bursting with color! For a final touch, cut out some fluffy clouds from the white paper and add them to your artwork. This craft is wonderful for developing fine motor skills and provides a chance to learn about the colors of the rainbow. Your finished masterpiece will brighten up any space and bring smiles all around! "
