  • Wire cutters
  • Heavy floral wire
  • Flat paint brush
  • Small piece black felt
  • Toothpick
  • Small piece of white cardstock paper
  • Black Mini permanent marker

Instructions:

1. Cut wire 8” long and bend in half. Push folded end up into Styrofoam ball until it barely comes out the top. Bend wires out from underneath ball to form arms. Roll ends of wire for hands. Paint wire white. Let dry.

2. Cut two 8” squares of cheesecloth.

3. Dip one at the time into Stiffy and squeeze out excess. Open out and drape over Styrofoam ball and wire arms.

4. Place over Styrofoam cup and arrange folds as desired, pulling edges to make them “raggedy”. Repeat with second cheesecloth. Let dry.

5. Brush Sparkle or Glow-In-The-Dark Mod Podge over entire Ghost. Let dry.

6. Glue on bead eyes and a small felt mouth.

7. Letter sign with marker. Cut out and glue onto toothpick. Insert into ghost hand.
