This is the perfect project to start on now to be prepared to have ready when Spring rolls around. There are several sayings that can be applied to the pot but I really like this one. As you will be gifting a "bunch" of flowers it is appropriate. Neat project. Easy and inexpensive. The clay pots are really cheap if you know where to shop.

To date, I have had very little luck with keeping flowers alive. I rely on my husband to keep all greenery alive in our home. These one of a kind flower pots are the the ticket to keep the flowers moving "thru" my home. These are great gift ideas for all occasions and it shows the recipient you really appreciate what they did by taking the item to make this flower pot masterpiece.

I love the idea of a thank-you flowerpot for our teacher. It is such a personal way to give a special thank you for all of their hard work with our children. It is something my child can decorate and personalize, while their teacher can keep it in the classroom as a reminder of the happiness they brought a former student, and use as great motivation for the coming year.
