Materials List

  • Cupcake wrappers of different sizes and colors
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Stapler
  • Paper straw
  • Container for the flowers

Instructions

  1. Fold a green cupcake wrapper into fourths.

  2. Cut a slit into the wrapper and slide in a paper straw.

  3. Stack up three or four wrappers and staple it in the middle.

  4. Scrunch them up to create the flower.

  5. Glue to the straw.

  6. Create several and trim the straws to different lengths.

  7. Put the flowers in the container.
