A no cost craft project for halloween with everything right in your home. Toilet paper roll and the paper on it too and you draw the eyes on. This mummy candy canister is super cool and something that the whole family can do even small kids all by themselves. So lets get to twisting the toilet paper and see what your mummy looks like.

Low cost but not no cost. Candy and TP cpst. Very cute though.

It's cute but not "cost free". I don't know where you shop but my store actually charges me for toilet paper. It's cheap enough if you only plan to make one, but I would assume that's not the case for most people.
