"One way I stay connected to my children while they’re at school is to include notes in their lunch box to surprise them and let them know I’m thinking about them. The nice thing about lunch notes is your child sees them in the middle of the day when they can use a little boost to get them through the rest of their day. I’ve made 4 printable sheets of lunch notes to share with you. There are two sets of cards, one with blank cards (so you can write in your own notes) and one with messages already included. "
