Mason jar ideas come in handy when you need something for the kids to give to grandma or grandpa or anyone in between. This incredibly easy How to Tint Mason Jars Tutorial is simple enough for even the youngest members of the family. Crafts with mason jars look so much better when the jars have a little pop of color to them - especially if they're being used as decorations. The next time you come across a jars craft that could use a little pizzazz, grab the kids and use this fun tutorial.

These are beautiful jars! Great for kids and for adults who are kids at heart. I have all the supplies on hand, so next weekend I will be tinting mason jars to decorate my home. I even have neon food coloring! I plan on using the technique of painting the inside of the jars.

Gorgeous. Great project for kids AND adults!
