Pine Cone Pumpkin Crafts

While pumpkin carving can be difficult for little hands, Pine Cone Pumpkin Crafts are the perfect crafts for preschoolers. These fall crafts won't rot away like regular pumpkins. Materials:

• Pine Cones
• Orange Folk Art Paint
• Twigs
• Green Paint
• Green Pipe Cleaners
• Hot Glue Gun

Instructions:

1. Make a pine cone pumpkin! Water down some orange Folk Art paint in a jar and drop the pine cone in and replace the lid.  Shake and paint! 

2. Pull pine cones and leave to dry.

3. Optionally you can brush light orange paint on the pine cones.

4. Twigs painted green make great stems with curly chenille vines.  Hot glue together.
