Glitter Light Switch Covers
"This is an easy and fun way to dress up a room. You need your existing light switch cover, paint, Modge Podge, and glitter. This project will take a couple of hours from start to finish. Cover the plate with one coat of craft paint to match the color of glitter and allow 20 minutes to dry. Use a foam brush to cover switch plate with Modge Podge and let child shake glitter over the light switch cover. Allow at least 30 minutes to dry. Shake off glitter that didn't stick. Apply another coat of Modge Podge and more glitter to cover any missed spots. Allow 30 minutes to dry and apply a top coat of Modge Podge or Clear Acrylic Sealer."

- Light Switch cover
- Craft paint (optional)
- glitter
- foam brush
- Modge Podge
- Clear Acrylic Sealer (optional)
Instructions

Apply base coat of paint to light switch cover. Let dry.

Apply coat of Modge Podge and sprinkle generously with glitter.

Let dry for 30 minutes.

Tape light switch on table to dislodge any loose glitter.

Apply another coat of Modge Podge

Sprinkle glitter over any missed spots.

Allow 30 minutes to dry.

Apply another coat of Modge Podge to seal it or spray with clear acrylic sealer.
