  • 1.5 inch circle punch  
  • 8 by 10 inch Frame
  • Aleene’s Tacky Glue
  • Scissors

Instructions:

1. Punch out a ton of circle from the paint chips in various colors.

2. Going row by row, add a line of Aleene’s Tacky Glue and place the circles on top slightly overlapping. Repeat and rotate colors.

3. Trim the excess off.
