Spooky Safe Halloween Treats

These days it's not safe to hand out home-baked goods for Halloween, but that doesn't mean you can't spook the trick-or-treaters. Make your house stand out as the best on the block when you hand out Spooky Safe Halloween Treats. These easy Halloween treats stay wrapped, but they have a fun, personal touch. You can also make these Halloween crafts for kids for class parties or Halloween get togethers.
