Materials List
- Card Stock (2 pieces)
- Washable Kids Paint
- 1 inch Circle Punch
- Picture Frame
- Glue
- Scissors
- Paint Brush
Instructions

Have child paint on first piece of card stock. Any design or colors is perfect. Abstract is best.

Let paint dry.

Using 1 inch circle punch, punch out entire piece of painted card stock, or as many dots as needed for size of picture frame.

Cut second piece of card stock to fit picture frame.

Glue on to create desired design. In Picture: Dots are evenly spaced to create rectangle.

Let glue dry.

Insert into frame. Display or wrap for a gift.
