  • Paper towels
  • Small piece of cardboard
  • Scalloped-edge scissors

Instructions:

  1. Use scalloped-edge scissors to cut a 6½” long x 3” wide strip for each napkin ring desired.

  2. For ease of painting, add a small round of masking tape to back of felt strips then press onto cardboard.

  3. Start flow of 3D fashion Paint on paper towel using an even pressure on the bottle for a smooth line.

  4. Squeeze out paint in small ovals, alternating colors in rows across strip. Fill in entire strip. Refer to photo. Set aside to dry.

  5. When strips are dry, apply a thin bead of Turbo Tacky Glue® to one end then overlap other end and press onto glue. Let dry.

  6. Open paper napkin and insert into ring, creating a cornhusk look.
