Bird Nest Fine Motor Science Activity for Preschoolers

"Bird nests with colorful eggs are an interesting part of spring activities for kids. This bird nest craft with mixed materials adds science and art to a fun fine motor activity. Kids can choose from a mixture of materials, including paper, yarn, felt and cardboard, to build a bird nest. Designing and building the nest engages creative and math skills along with principles of engineering and technology. Kids can develop scientific skills as they explore, play and learn."
