"This adorable chubby round fluffy polar bear is charming enough to sit amongst your winter decorations! He was super fun to make and only requires paper products that can be found in your home right now. Head into your kitchen and bathroom and grab a paper plate, a paper or styrofoam cup, cotton balls, and glue. I love his charming big face with his cute nose, and his little arms. He sits right next to our winter family photos in our den!"
