Undersea Adventure Mason Jar Aquarium
Everybody knows that a mason jar fish tank is no place for a real fish to live, as it's much too small a space. However, an Undersea Adventure Mason Jar Aquarium is just the place for a plastic fish to dwell. If your son or daughter often dreams about life under water, they will love this DIY aquarium. It would even be a blast to set up a "build your own aquarium" station at an undersea birthday party. Mason jar ideas are perfect for preschoolers who want to get their hands on their very own aquatic world.

What kid would not like to have their very own piece of the sea? This is a great project to complete with children of all ages. My only concern is the glass jar. I know that mason jars are pretty thick and would really have to hit a hard surface with a lot of force to break but I would elect for something unbreakable.

This definitely would be an awesome activity for a birthday party! I love it because it's an activity and a party favor all in one.
