Pocket Full of Sunshine T-Shirt
Are you bored with your solid color shirts? Add a little somethin'-somethin' with this Pocket Full of Sunshine T-Shirt craft. Your DIY pocket t-shirt will be unique and clever. You won't believe how a little paint can turn something ordinary into something funny. It's as simple as painting in a stencil and soon you will a collection of cute and clever shirts. These are perfect for beach days, bike rides in the park, or anything you have planned for the summer. You can carry a little sunshine with you wherever you go with this DIY pocket tee.
Materials:
- Yellow cotton tank top with a pocket
- Tulip Puffy Paint in black
- Small peel and stick alphabet stencils
- Blue fabric paint
- Paintbrush
Instructions:
1. Arrange the small peel and stick alphabet stencils onto the pocket of the T-shirt to spell out "pocket full of sunshine."
2. Paint inside the stencils with the blue paint. Remove the stencils before the paint dries. You will need to do this in multiple steps if you only have one of each letter.
3. Draw a semicircle sun with rays coming out of the pocket in black Puffy Paint.
4. Allow the paint to dry, and you have a fabulous new tank top filled with sunshine.
