The name Mystery Metallics is intriguing and really makes me wonder what type of product this is. OOLY's gel crayons may be the coolest product and I love it even more because it's kid-friendly.

Mystery Metallic Gel Crayons are amazing white color gel crayons that only show up on black paper, so you will only see their true colors when you put your art to work. These "crayons" are smooth to draw with and leave a fun metallic sheen when in use. Made with a waxy gel you'll notice that they appear to be white, but again, once you start drawing on that black paper, you'll see the metallic sheen come through.

The set comes in 6 fun colors including metallic pink, metallic green, metallic blue, metallic purple, metallic gold and metallic silver. This set of 6 is a great artistic tool for kids ages three and up, and of course adults will love them too. The reusable carrying case is perfect for traveling and as I mentioned before about these being kid-friendly, the color won't show up unless using the black paper (or kraft paper), so if they drop them in the car or on another surface you don't have to panic about the fabric getting ruined. Of course I wouldn’t suggest drawing all over the couch, but at least they’re a bit safer than your typical marker. These metallics are super fun and will get their creativity flowing.
